How bookings work
- Send an email to info@camelcup.be with your desired date and location.
- We’ll contact you to discuss the details and requirements.
- You’ll receive access to media material that you can use to promote your event.
- On the agreed date and time, we arrive and set up the game.
Venue requirements
- 8 tables of approximately 120 × 70 cm
- A standard 230V / 16A power outlet
- Enough space for players and audience
- An internet connection (preferably wifi)
- If possible, a barrier between players and spectators
Nice to have
- A parc fermé area where players can prepare and queue for their race
- A visible place for the live leaderboard screen
- Clear walking space around the game area
